Hey there, Having a best friend that works in a delicacy is dangers for my sugar intake. She came by Friday evening for dinner and had alcohol-free Prosecco with her and 3 different types of cake. We had 3 things to celebrate, so one cake for every “news” that evening and it felt really good

Hi, I told you a few weeks ago that I had a bit problem with food and the amount as I’m used to eat. Luckily for me it has been better and I can eat almost everything again and are increasing more calories and for that I got more energy and get better workouts done.
