Good morning, How are you doing? I must admit I miss caffeine, a lot. I need it in the morning to be a good human being and not a monster and also sometimes before or during my workouts when I need a push forward mentally. The only caffeine I get now are in Pepsi Max

Hey there, I just looked at my pictures for the last couple of days and realized that we are an active family. We are often out with our dogs, in the woods, doing handy work or working out. We are almost never inside unless in the evenings, and the only time we watch a movie
